Ring & Bangle Resizing Policy

We are pleased to offer one complimentary resize for eligible rings within 15 days of the delivery date.

This service includes:

• One complimentary ring resize.
• Complimentary insured reverse pickup and return shipping.
• Professional resizing by our in-house master craftsmen.

Please note:

• This service is available only once per jewellery piece.
• Complimentary resizing is not available for bespoke, made-to-order, customised or personalised jewellery.
• Any difference in precious metal weight exceeding ₹1,000 will either be charged or refunded, depending on the final weight after resizing.

Resizing charges will apply under the following circumstances:

• The resizing request is made after the initial 15-day complimentary resizing period.
• The jewellery is bespoke, customised, engraved or made-to-order.
• The complimentary resizing has already been utilised for that jewellery piece.

Adjustment of up to two sizes

For size adjustments within two standard ring sizes (for example, Size 10 to Size 8–12):

• Resizing charge: ₹2,500
• Adjustment for any difference in precious metal weight (additional or reduced)

Adjustment beyond two sizes

For resizing beyond two standard sizes (for example, Size 10 to Size 7.5 or below, or Size 12.5 or above):

• Manufacturing charges as per prevailing rates
• Adjustment for precious metal weight
• One-way insured shipping charges

Certain ring designs may require complete remanufacturing to maintain their strength and finish.

Bangle resizing charges include:

• Manufacturing charges as per prevailing rates
• Adjustment for any difference in precious metal weight
• One-way insured shipping charges

Due to the construction of certain bangles, resizing may not always be technically possible. In such cases, complete remanufacturing charges may apply.

Please read the following carefully before requesting resizing services:

• Certain jewellery designs cannot be resized because of their design, stone setting or structural construction.
• If your jewellery was originally purchased with a third-party laboratory certificate (including IGI, GIA, SGL or any other certification), and you wish to obtain a fresh certificate after resizing, recertification charges will apply.
• Jewellery that has been resized, repaired or altered by any third party will not be accepted for future resizing, returns, exchanges or refunds.
• Once a resizing request has been initiated, the original 15-day return policy becomes void for that jewellery piece.
• After resizing, your jewellery will continue to remain eligible under the Orsia Jewels Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy, subject to its applicable terms and conditions.
